The Citizen Charter of Chalavara Grama Panchayat provides information regarding the various services provided by the Panchayat, procedures for availing the services, documents required, and the stipulated time limit for delivery of services to the citizens.
Services related to building permits, building construction, completion certificates, occupancy certificates and other building-related matters.
Services related to various certificates such as Birth, Death, Marriage and other certificates issued by the Panchayat.
Services related to Property Tax, Profession Tax and other taxes collected by the Grama Panchayat.
Services related to various social security pensions, welfare schemes and other social welfare programmes.

- The right to receive services within the stipulated time limit.
- The right to know the documents required and procedures for obtaining various services.
- The right to submit complaints and suggestions regarding Panchayat services.
- The right to have complaints examined and appropriate action taken in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
Citizens may submit complaints and suggestions relating to Panchayat services to the concerned officials or at the Panchayat Office. Complaints will be examined and necessary action will be taken in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and procedures.
